Delivery Policy
We have a standard nationwide shipping fee of R85 or free on all orders over R850 - except during SALE period.
If you have purchased items where we donate the money then please note free shipping does not apply as we make no profit here.
Ziba Styles will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receiveΒ your purchase quickly and in great condition.
However, once your package leaves us,Β its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries.Β
Delivery time is dependent on your delivery address. For example JHB delivery is faster than CT.
We use Fastway for national deliveries andΒ Courier Guy for outlying.
In JHB central we deliver with a private driver.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We use a door to door deliveryΒ service which can take up to a week from order.Β Please note this service only works on businessΒ days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. Β If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
