Returns & Exchanges
We understand how important it is to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ziba Styles purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of it being delivered and provided it was not purchased on sale. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:
-The jewellery must be unworn.
-The original packaging needs to be included, including the box and pouch.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via email so we can process your return/exchange. Please state your order number.
- All shipping charges are non-refundableΒ
- Return shipping on undamaged jewellery must be paid for by the customer
-Β For an exchange there is an additional R60 fee to send you a new item which we have to pay for shipping.
- For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged
- There are no returns or exchanges on sale items or on custom jewellery or items where we donate the money
- Ziba Styles inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment. Jewellery, regardless of the quality, however is fragile and we ask that some flaws be assessed to how severe it is before contacting us as it may be an easy fix.Β
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
Please note that jewellery is fragile regardless of how it is made, if your item gets damaged whilst in your use then Ziba Styles is not liable to replace or refund it.
