To be honest, this is some of the best quality jewellery I have purchased (both in respects of price and authenticity). However, as owner of services myself I was really appalled and disheartened by the customer service when I requested an exchange of larger sized earrings. I would not have minded if there was any adjusted cost but the customer service when I inquired was so poor I was ignored and literally had no opportunity to further my inquiry. I am based in JHB, they have stores everywhere here so I was really shocked.

They fit well as I had spent a lot of time measuring my own ear to make sure I get the right size I wear them 24/7 - when I sleep, shower, exercise, chill, come rain or sunshine ☀️ they have not tarnished at all, all gems are still intact, and the clasp is secure (I’ve had cheaper earrings clasps fail very quickly).
